They make it easier for you to navigate our Website and allow us to make an anonymous evaluation of user behaviour for the purpose of the demand-oriented design of our Website. No personal reference can be established from the cookies.

We deploy so-called session cookies in order to recognise that you have already visited individual pages of our Website. These are automatically deleted after you leave our Website.

On our Website, we also use a cookie to store your cookie settings (the so-called Waldbühnen cookie). The Waldbühnen cookie does not process any personal data. The Waldbühnen cookie stores the consent you gave upon entering the Website. If you would like to revoke this consent, you can do this at any time in the cookie settings

Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser in such a way that no cookies are stored or that a message always appears before a new cookie is created. e.) (further) Analysis Tools

For the statistical evaluation of visitor requests and to optimise our Website, we deploy the following third-party software solutions:

- Google Analytics (https://www.google.de/intl/de/analytics/)

- Google reCaptcha (https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/android.html)

Using these services, we are able to evaluate the use of our Website and to collect information concerning the needs of users in order use this to increase the user friendliness of our online service and to improve the quality thereof. In particular, aggregated and anonymous statistical data is collected to enable these analyses to be carried out. In the course of the collection and processing process, the anonymised IP address of the user is also analysed.

The evaluation of this data serves, in particular, the measurement of the attractiveness of certain areas of the Website and the calculation of the range of our offering.

(1)    Google Analytics

The Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (‘Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the Website. Google Analytics is disabled by the Waldbühnen cookie until you have given your consent to the activation thereof. Given consent can be withdrawn at any time via the cookie settings. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Website is generally sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event of the activation of the IP anonymisation on the Website, your IP address will, however, be abbreviated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other Contracting States to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. On behalf of the operator of this Website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the Website, to compile reports about your Website activities and to provide other services related to the internet usage to the Website operator. The IP address communicated by your browser within the context of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

This Website uses IP anonymisation in the above sense.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. or by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie is set, which will prevent the future capture of your data when you visit this Website:

(2)    Google reCAPTCHA

In order to protect the input forms on our Website, we make use of the "reCAPTCHA" service provided by the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as "Google". Use of this service renders it possible to determine whether the corresponding input is of human origin or has been provided in an improper manner by means of automated machine processing.

To our knowledge, the referrer URL, IP address, the behaviour of the visitors to the Website, information about your operating system, browser cookies, representation and time spent on the Website, instructions and scripts, the input behaviour of the user, as well as mouse movements in the area of "reCAPTCHA" checkbox are transmitted to "Google" (for the aforementioned purposes).

If you wish to prevent this further processing of data about you and your behaviour on our Website by "Google", you must log out of "Google" before you visit our Website or use the reCAPTCHA plug-in. For more information, see: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/

For more information about Google:

Google is committed to complying with the EU-US Privacy Shield Agreement published by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal data from EU member states. By means of certification, Google has declared that it will comply with the relevant Privacy Shield principles. The EU Commission assumes that the United States assures adequate legal protection for personal data transmitted within the framework of the Privacy Shield from the EU to self-certified organisations in the USA. Further information can be found at: https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

f.)    Social media buttons

On our Website, we make it possible for you to use so-called “social media buttons”. To protect your data, in the implementation of this we use the “Shariff” solution. By this means, these buttons are only integrated on the Website as graphics containing a link to the corresponding website of the provider of the button. By clicking on the graphics, you will be forwarded to the services of the respective provider. Only then will your data be sent to the respective provider. If you do not click on the graphic, there will be no exchange between you and the providers of social media buttons. Information about the collection and use of your data in the social networks can be found in the respective terms of use of the corresponding provider. Further information on the Shariff solution can be found here: https://www.heise.de/ct/artikel/Shariff-Social-Media-Buttons-mit-Datenschutz-2467514.html

g.)    Social media plug-ins

Along with links to our own social media profile on Facebook and to our Twitter, Instagram and Google+ accounts (using the Shariff method), our Website also contains small, embedded programmes from these social networks; so-called social media plug-ins.

We do not generate any data on your user behaviour by means of these social media plug-ins; we only include them with a view to providing you with a better service and enabling you to share articles other interesting content on our Website directly with friends and acquaintances within these social networks.

We draw your attention to the fact that the respective providers of the social media plug-ins embedded by us use these for data collection for their own purposes; we are neither aware of the content and scope of the data collected in this way or of its purpose, nor do we have any influence on the data collection as such.

Facebook

This Website contains plug-ins from Facebook, Inc., 1601 Willow Rd., Menlo Park, CA 94025\, USA; namely the buttons "Recommend", "Like" and "Log in to Post". Further information about the Facebook plug-ins can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins

As soon as you retrieve a Website into which the "Like" button is integrated, this plug-in creates a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook servers. As a result, Facebook receives the information that the IP address assigned to your terminal device or Internet connection at that time has retrieved the Website. If you click on the Facebook "Like" button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our Website to your Facebook profile. In this way, Facebook can assign your visit to our Website to your user account. If you do not wish for Facebook to be able to assign your visit to our Website to your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook account.

We would like to point out that we neither have nor have received any information or influence on the exact extent of the data collected by Facebook using the plug-ins and their use thereof.

For more detailed information on this, please refer to the Facebook data protection statement at https://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php.

This allows us to provide you with interactive maps directly within the Website and allows you the comfortable use of the maps function. Google Analytics is disabled by the Waldbühnen cookie until you have given your consent to the activation thereof. Given consent can be withdrawn at any time via the cookie settings. After activation, Google receives the information that you have retrieved the corresponding subpage of our Website. In addition, the data mentioned under "Visiting the Website" of this statement will then be transmitted to Google. This means that you agree at this moment to your server creating a connection to Google Maps and to personal data being transmitted to Google Maps (Art. 6 (1) Clause 1 lit. a) GDPR). This data transfer takes place regardless of whether Google provides a user account via which you are logged in, or if no user account exists.
