Purchase of tickets
For purchasing a wheelchair ticket plus a ticket for the accompanying person please contact the Ticket Hotline via 01806 57 00 70 (Monday - Sunday 8-20 hrs, (0,20 €/call incl. VAT, Mobile max. 0,60 €/call incl. VAT) or contact the promoter of the concert directly. This information can be found on our website in the particular event.
Access | Parking
There are disabled-friendly parking spots on the parking lot P08, which is about 100 m from the entrance. To use this parking area you will require either proof of an attested 70% level of disability (disability ID card) or an officially-designated car for disabled persons.
Please note that access to the disabled-friendly parking spots is exclusively via Passenheimer Strasse.
Entry
The entrance for wheelchair users is immediately right of the main entrance. Take note of the signage. Our on-site stewards will also direct you. You must not, under any circumstance, join the queue at the main entrance.
The person accompanying you will of course also be able to enter here.
Places
12 wheelchair places are available in a separate area. These can be found via Block K in the upper tier. The view of the stage from this area is good, also the disabled toilets as well as the entrances and exits are nearby. A bench is provided as seating in the separated area for each accompanying person. Should this be insufficient, the stewards will make further chairs available.
